Account and contact data is used for authentication, order processing and shipping. Payment providers handle card data; the website does not store card numbers or CVV.
Inaya context is limited by tenant, application, page and role. Payment data, customer addresses and raw conversations are not automatically used as learning memory.
The merchant must establish processing grounds, retention, deletion procedures, user rights and data processors before opening production services.
